About domestic shipping
- For domestic shipping, we primarily use Sagawa Express.
- For some remote islands and areas, the shipping method may change.
- Shipping costs can be confirmed in the cart and checkout screen.
- If multiple items are ordered at once, they may be shipped together.

Domestic delivery typically takes 1 to 4 days after shipping. This may vary depending on the region and traffic conditions.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International Shipping
We also offer international shipping.
From Japan to the local customs, Yamato Transport will handle it, and after customs clearance, a local delivery company will deliver it. We will inform you of the actual shipping cost after confirming the destination and product composition.

About customs duties and import taxes
Customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, etc., incurred locally are not included in the product price or shipping fees. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
International shipping costs will be provided converted to the currency of your order.
Damage during delivery or if the item does not arrive ＋
If there is clear damage to the outer box or product upon arrival, please keep the packaging materials and contact us with photos showing the condition of the product.
If tracking information is not updated or the product does not arrive after the scheduled date, please contact us with your order number.
