Q1. How long does it take from ordering to shipping?
Depending on the product, it can take up to 25 business days.
Q2. Who is the delivery company?
Domestic shipping is handled by Yamato Transport and Sagawa Express. International shipping is handled by Yamato Transport within Japan, and after departure, it will be handed over to a local delivery company.
Q3. How much is shipping?
Standard domestic shipping is 1,200 yen. Free shipping for orders over 25,000 yen. Please contact us separately for international shipping.
Q4.Do you ship overseas?
We can ship to any area where we can physically deliver. Please contact us in advance to ensure a smooth process.
Q5. Will I receive a shipping notification?
We will inform you by email when shipping is complete.
Q6. Can I specify a date and time?
Yes, it is possible. Please let us know your desired date and time before shipping.
Q7. How is the product packaged?
If a tool case is included, it will be packed in its own case. Otherwise, it will be packed in multiple boxes. Direct shipping to a specific location is also possible.

Since this is a made-to-order product, we do not accept returns or exchanges, but you can change the specifications before production.

As this is a made-to-order product, we are unable to offer exchanges, but adjustments can be made prior to production.
