International shipping and customs
海外配送・関税について
Shipping from Japan
International shipments are transported from Japan to the destination customs office by Yamato Transport. Delivery after customs clearance may be handled by a local carrier.
日本から現地税関まではヤマト運輸、通関後は現地の配送会社が 配送する場合があります。

Import duties and taxes are not included.
Import duties, local taxes, customs clearance charges and related fees are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot provide or pay these charges in advance.
関税・輸入税・通関手数料などはお客様のご負担となります。 当店での事前算出や立替は行っていません。
Returns and cancellations 返品・キャンセルについて ＋
Most of our alignment tools are manufactured according to customer-selected specifications. Made-to-order and customized products cannot normally be returned, exchanged or cancelled after production has started.
オーダー製作品および仕様選択商品は、製作開始後のお客様都合による 返品・交換・キャンセルを原則としてお受けできません。
If you believe the product is defective or does not match the confirmed specifications, please contact us before returning it.
不具合や確認済み仕様との相違が疑われる場合は、 返送前にお問い合わせください。
