Dummy Wheel Kit for N-ONE

Product Overview

This is a full-fledged dummy wheel designed for use on the circuit. It is designed to be operated by one person and is optimized for the Honda N-ONE.

The dummy wheel body is 165/55R15 size (distance from hub center to ground surface 281mm) and the wheel offset (+45) is also reproduced. It is as close to the actual car as possible.

The basic components are machined aluminum alloy parts, ensuring precision where necessary, while keeping the configuration as simple as possible to reduce calculation errors and keeping the price down.

Features

Dummy Wheel

• Appropriate strength calculations and material selection
  Optimizing the balance between weight reduction and cost through strength calculations using 3D-CAD and appropriate selection of aluminum alloy materials

• Use of track ball bearings 
  Less residual stress in the suspension arms when changing the setup, making it possible to change the setup under conditions close to actual driving conditions. The bearings are made by a major British manufacturer, so durability is guaranteed.

• Hub ring installation
  The wheel nut installation section is tapered, and is designed to be easily centered relative to the hub center. You can also install an additional commercially available Φ73.0 hub ring.
  

Leveling Pad

• Lightweight and easy to carry 
  Made of aluminum alloy and with a minimum footprint, it is lightweight and highly portable.
• Compatible with both 3-point and 4-point support 
  The adjuster pad holes are compatible with 3-point support and 4-point support depending on the usage situation.
  

• Quick leveling :
  We use a Japanese-made level, and by embedding two of them, it is easy to see the direction of adjustment, and it is possible to easily adjust the tilt to an accuracy of about 0.2°. (Further fine adjustments should be made with a digital angle meter, etc.)
  
• Replaceable Contact Plates 
  The dummy wheel contact surface is equipped with replaceable contact plates as standard. Because the bearings are in a harsh environment with point contact, replacement may be necessary, but once they wear out, they can be purchased as aftermarket parts.

• Adjuster pad with internal hexagonal screw (optional)
  After the vehicle is placed on the leveling pads, fine adjustments can be made.
  

Toe adjustment bar

It is used by attaching it to the dummy wheel assembly. It is optimized for 15-inch size.
Equipped with a receiver for water line and magnetic scale.

Magnetic Scale

• Measurement with aluminum block body and scale 
  This is an original ruler that combines a machined aluminum block body with a scale for machine tools. By directly fastening the scale to the aluminum block body, it is possible to perform more accurate measurements than with a printed scale. It can also be used as a target for a laser level when adjusting the height of the leveling pad.

All parts are managed by part number and can be purchased individually using the information in the enclosed instruction manual. This allows you to use the product with peace of mind even in the unlikely event that a part is lost or damaged during transportation.

Supported load and operating environment

• Supports up to 500kg per wheel.
• All parts except the magnetic scale have been surface treated, however please avoid using them in environments where they may come into contact with rain or water.
